     1. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We ship from Minnesota, US and our US shipping time is usually 5-7 days. International shipping time is usually 7-21 working days via USPS.

Once your order is shipped, you can track your order via the USPS website in real time with the tracking number we provide in your email. 

2. Will there be extra charges or fees?

You may incur custom/import duty fees if you order from another country than the US. The total amount depends on the policy of the Customs Authority in your country and will only be announced to you before delivery of your order. 

3. How can I know that my order is always processed? 

We offer processing of your order within 24 hours. Once your order is processed, we will send you the tracking number directly in your email, which allows you to know where your order is in real time and at any moment. 

4. What if I want to return an item? 

Here at ZenCraftHouse, we make every effort possible to ensure that our customers are happy with the product they order. That's why we give a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you find a product is defected or not up to your expectation, please email us at: support@zencrafthouse.com

We will issue you a prepaid label to send the product back to us and issue you store credit for your original purchase within 1-2 days, or we will send you a replacement. The store credit never expires and can be used to purchase anything you like in our store. 

Beyond the 90-day satisfaction guarantee period, please contact us if you want to replace your product. How the case is resolved will be decided on a case-by-case basis.  

5. What about exchange? 

We want to make sure our products make a perfect fit for you. So if you would like to exchange the products for a different variant, please contact us at support@zencrafthouse.com within 90 days of purchase and we'll send you instruction on our easy exchange process. Or you can return the products to us and get store credit to get anything else you like in our store.

6. How can I get in touch with you if I have a problem with my order?

7. How can I pay for my order? 

We have a wide range of payment methods (PayPal, credit card, Google Pay and much more), which are all 100% secured. You can choose your most favorable options in our Checkout step.  

8. What are made-to-order items? 

Made-to-order, or custom-made, items are the items we make or customize per your request at the time of purchase. It usually takes us 3-4 weeks to get them done and delivered to you. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your made-to-order items so you know exactly when you can expect your items to be delivered.

Please note that all products in our Home Department are made-to-order. 

9. Will my order arrive all in one parcel? 

It is possible that you receive your order in separated parcels, especially when one of your products is a made-to-order item. Just take a breather and we will assure that all your orders arrive on time.

11. Currency

The currency used on this website is US Dollar by default, unless otherwise specified.


12. Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Yes, your order maybe cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. If your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
