     1. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We work closely with hundreds of manufacturers in different countries worldwide to fulfill your order and have it sent it directly to you, without passing through our warehouse.

Depending on the product and country of manufacture, this procedure can take 2-4 weeks before you receive the order.

Meanwhile, you can track your order in real time with the tracking number we provide in your email.

2. How can I know that my order is always processed? 

Once your order leaves the manufacturer, we will send you the tracking number directly in your email, which allows you to know where your order is in real time and at any moment. 

3. What if I want to return an item? 

Here at ZenCraftHouse, we make every effort possible to ensure that our customers are happy with the product they order. If you find a product is defected or not up to your expectation, please email us at: support@zencrafthouse.com

We will send you the instruction to send the product back to us and get a refund within 30 days.
