We will send you a prepaid label to return the item back to us, and issue you store credit for your original purchase amount within 1-2 days.

• Goods Damaged in Transit: 

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@zencrafthouse.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to send you a replacement or issue store credit for your purchase if you'd like to get something else in our store.

• Return of Faulty Goods: 

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@zencrafthouse.com so that we can assist you. After confirming that the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement right away or issue store credit for your purchase if you'd like to get something else in our store.
