HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We ship through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will be given a tracking number and you can track your order using the USPS Tracking Tool.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our products are shipped from the US, although they can made by the artisans all over the world. We have great bonds with the local artisans in Thailand, Tibet, China, India, and Vietnam.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 30 days from the day the item was received by you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.

Per our policy, all digital goods (such as electronic books, digital audio or video files, etc, ....) can be returned at any time for a full refund in the format of store credit.
If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the
packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstance. We will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, providing that they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
